This section of the site is for Traders wishing to attend
Militaria 2009 at Stoneleigh Park.

Information includes all costs for stands, tickets and brochure
advertisement, etc - You can also print order forms to pre-book
for the show, or order online securely using your credit card.

Exhibition Stands are Space Only (3 metres x 3 Metres)
and cost £110.00 each, less a discount of £15.00 per stand
if payment is received before the 20th December 2008.

Tenure of Rented Spaces is from 10.00 hours on Saturday
to 20.00 hours on Sunday. Saturday will be the 'Trade Set-up'
day from 10.00 hours until 17.00 hours.

Exhibitors will receive One Exhibitor Entrance Ticket
per 3x3 metre stand. Additional Exhibitor Tickets can be
be purchased at a conncessionary price of £12.00 each.

Children 'Under 14' will not require an Entrance Ticket.

Tables (1.8 m x 0.75 m can be rented at £10.00 each, plus
a returnable deposit of £50.00.

The Show Layout Brochure will be given Free to every Visitor
and will list the telephone numbers of ALL Traders, Dioramas,
(With the exception of Late Entries)

Limited Display Advertising Space (Size: 6cm x 3cm) is
available at £14.00 (Half Page £65.00 & Full Page at £110.00)
