We have been closely monitoring the unprecedented Coronavirus situation over the past few weeks and have explored all options. However, it has become increasingly evident that it would not  be possible to continue with the event on 31st January 2021 during these uncertain and challenging times as indoor events on this scale will not be given the green light until April 1st at the earliest.

This difficult decision has not been taken lightly, however, we have a provisional date of May 16th 2021 if things get better. Please keep checking the website, Facebook and Milweb for any updates in the future.

We offer our sincere apologies to all involved and I can assure you that we at Militaria Shows are equally as disheartened and disappointed. However, this is the right thing to do. Over the past 28 years of running events we have managed to run the events in difficult circumstances and during sometimes impossible weather conditions, but the current situation is simply beyond our control.

For those of you who have already booked stalls for the 2021 event, these bookings will remain valid for the re-scheduled May 16th event in 2021 should this take place, this will happen automatically. Alternatively, should you prefer a refund for the 31/01/ 2021 show, please contact us on 07976 777117 and we will arrange this as soon as possible.

We were so looking forward to welcoming you all to the next  show at Stoneleigh on 31st January but sadly it is not meant to be. We would like to take this opportunity of personally thanking you all for your continued support of this event and we look forward to seeing you all again in 2021. Stay safe and stay happy.

Information includes all costs for stands, tickets and brochure
advertisement, etc - You can also print order forms to pre-book
for the show, or order online securely using your credit card.
   
  Key Points of Trading Application:
Exhibition Stands are Space Only (10ft x 12ft) and cost £85.00 each, less £18 discount if paid by the early booking date as per application form. Each stall includes two wristbands.
Tenure of Rented Spaces is from 10.00 hours on Saturday to 18.00 hours on Sunday. Saturday will be the 'Trade Set-up' day from 10.00 hours until 17.00 hours.
Exhibitors will receive TWO Exhibitor Entrance Tickets per 10ft x 12ft stand. Additional trade ticket available @ £10.00 each.
Tables (1.8 m x 0.75 m can be rented at £7.00 each, plus a returnable deposit of £50.00.
